Payment shall be made in full upon completion of the work by payment to workmen or (if previously agreed upon) by mailing a check to the above address. In the event that customer's check is returned unpaid, customer agrees to pay a $30 service charge. If customer's returned checks are not paid within 30 days of date of issue, customer further agrees to pay any court fees, bank service charges, interest, and any other expenses incurred. When using a credit card you will be taxed 4%. In cases of whole or partial billing, if customer fails to pay the whole amount by the tenth of the month following completion, customer shall be liable to Palmetto Carpet Care for interest thereon at the rate of one and a half percent (1 1/2%) per month from date of completion until paid. If unpaid amounts must be collected through legal proceedings or it becomes necessary to employ an attorney to aid in the collection of monies due Palmetto Carpet Care, then customer agrees and promises to pay attorney's fees and litigation expenses incurred by Palmetto Carpet Care. It is our pledge to render careful, thorough professional cleaning services using reasonable care to obtain satisfaction. Palmetto Carpet Care is not liable for any pre-existing rug damage. Palmetto Carpet Care is not liable for any interior or exterior damage that may occur during jobs. Some examples are chipped corners, scratched flooring, sheetrock, dead grass, oil in driveways and etc...
Caution: Occupants should stay off freshly cleaned floors for approximately 3 hours and must exercise care when stepping onto hard surface floors so that you do not slip and fall. Please remember to keep your air and fans on to help that carpets dry faster.
