How long will it take for us to clean your carpets?
It takes approximately 20 minutes per room depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how soiled the carpet is, and any necessary spot removal treatments.
How long does it take for carpet to dry after being cleaned?
The dry-time is determined by the humidity, temperature and air flow of the area being cleaned. Depending on what you get cleaned and how deep of a clean we have to preform it take anywhere from 4 - 20 hours to dry. Turning on ceiling fans or the air conditioning could help the areas dry faster. Please be careful when walking from damp carpeted areas to non-carpeted areas as you might slip and fall.
Do you ensure removal of all spots and stains in the item being cleaned?
We can not ensure that we will be capable of getting all stains or spots out because some substances can permanently discolor carpet fibers. Our technicians can try to determine if we will be able to remove prior to work being preformed but they are not always able to determine this. Only thing we can ensure is that we will try our hardest to help you get your carpets to your satisfaction.
